PUKABU Terms of Use

13+ eligibility and regional mandatory law

1. Acceptance and entry into force

These Terms of Use define PUKABU's 13+ age and jurisdiction framework. The operator is Kader Narin; these terms take effect in Türkiye on their publication date.

2. Eligibility and minimum age

PUKABU is a general-purpose application with a minimum age of 13. Users under the age of 13 should not use the service. If the local age of digital consent or contractual age is higher than 13, the user must meet that higher age requirement or have parental/guardian consent as required by law.

This provision does not mean that PUKABU targets children, offers mixed-audience services, or operates a parental approval system. Store age rating is a separate content classification.

3. Service and local profile

PUKABU offers offline-focused puzzle games with features such as a local profile/avatar, points, badges, and progress. Users must own the rights to their profile name and chosen image; they must not use content that is illegal or infringes on the personal rights of third parties.

4. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to unlawfully reverse engineer application code, production puzzle assets, or security controls; to disrupt the service; to circumvent store ownership; or to infringe on the rights of third parties. Reverse engineering permitted under mandatory law and consumer rights are reserved.

5. Premium and store payments

Premium products are offered with pricing, term, tax, and renewal information as shown by Google Play or Apple. PUKABU does not collect card numbers. Purchase, cancellation, subscription management, restoration, and appropriate refund processes are handled through the store account and in accordance with mandatory consumer law.

6. Intellectual property

PUKABU brand, application interface, original game content and proprietary production assets are protected by copyright. Third-party open-source components are subject to their own licenses. These conditions do not diminish the rights granted by open-source licenses.

7. Updates and accessibility

Updates may be released for security, compatibility, or new features. If an update is necessary, the reason and applicable consumer rights will be explained. There is no absolute guarantee that the service will work on specific platforms/versions.

8. Responsibility and compulsory law

Mandatory consumer law, personal data law, product liability, and rights that cannot be restricted by law with regard to gross negligence or intent are reserved. No provision shall be interpreted to negate these rights.

9. Türkiye Annex

The Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and other mandatory legislation are reserved to the extent applicable to consumers in Türkiye. Personal data matters are explained in separate Privacy Policy and KVKK documents.

10. EU/EEA Annex

The mandatory consumer protection and conflict of laws rules of the EU/EEA user's country of residence are reserved. Digital content/service suitability, withdrawal, termination, and refund rights are assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific product, the moment of performance, and the store process; this does not constitute a waiver or general loss of rights that does not exist.

11. U.S. and state appendix

U.S./state rights apply only to the extent that they are applicable to the relevant business, transaction, and user. CCPA/CPRA applicability is not assumed without verification of revenue, data volume, and sales/sharing metrics. State-based mandatory consumer or privacy rights cannot be waived under these conditions.
