Age, store payments, and regional mandatory consumer law

The service provider under this agreement is Kader Narin, and the agreement takes effect in Türkiye on its publication date. The user purchases through the relevant Google Play or Apple store account; PUKABU does not process or store card numbers, CVVs, or payment-card identifiers.

2. Age and capacity to contract

PUKABU is a general audience application for users aged 13 and over. Users making purchases must meet the age and legal capacity requirements to enter into a subscription agreement in their own country; parental/guardian permission must be obtained if required. This does not mean that PUKABU has a parental consent system.

3. Product, price and term

The product name, scope, price, currency, taxes, trial period, and renewal period are determined by the information displayed by Google Play or Apple on the purchase screen. If the in-app text conflicts with the store confirmation, the store confirmation at the time of the transaction and mandatory law shall prevail.

4. Payment data

Payment is processed via Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit. PUKABU does not request, process, or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account identification information. PUKABU may only use store-mediated status information such as premium entitlement activation, product ID, and purchase/restore result.

5. Automatic renewal

If an automatically renewing product is selected in the store, the subscription will renew on the date shown by the store. The user can turn off renewal from the relevant Google Play or Apple subscription management screen. Deleting or uninstalling an application may not automatically cancel the subscription.

6. Cancellation, return and restoration

Cancellation, return, and restoration procedures are governed by store rules and applicable consumer law. PUKABU does not assert any waiver that would restrict the store's authority or the consumer's legal rights.

7. Premium access

Premium features are unlocked once valid ownership is verified. A store error or connection issue may cause a temporary interruption of access. The user can try restoring the purchase with the same store account.

8. Türkiye Consumer Annex

In Türkiye, the right to withdraw from or return a digital service is reserved to the extent that Law No. 6502 and mandatory regulations regarding distance contracts are applicable. The right to withdraw from or return a digital service is evaluated concretely according to the performance of the product, explicit consent, and legal exceptions; this agreement does not contain an automatic forfeiture of rights statement.

9. EU/EEA consumer annex

EU/EEA consumers reserve the right to withdraw from, terminate, and receive refunds for digital content/services in their country of residence. Explicit consent for immediate performance and, if necessary, the consequences of the right of withdrawal must be obtained separately and verifiably within the store's workflow.

10. The United States and other regions

In the U.S. and other countries, store contracts and local mandatory subscription/auto-renewal policies are considered together. A specific state entitlement is not generally guaranteed without verification of the facts of applicability.

11. Privacy and third parties

Purchase-data processing is subject to the relevant store's privacy policy; Apple processes StoreKit payment information and PUKABU does not receive payment-card data. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are active for anonymous usage and technical diagnostics. AdMob is active only in the free version; the Premium version displays no ads.
